The interactive educational conference will occur at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, Texas from October 5-7, 2018. A question-and-answer session with the faculty will follow each presentation.
To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend the full activity and submit a completed evaluation form. Participants who complete the evaluation online within four weeks of the live meeting will immediately receive documentation of credit.
The evaluation is accessible after the activity via a PC (Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7) or Mac (Mac OS 10.x or later) computer with current versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.
